This page describes possible problems with running the modeling software in Internet Explorer 4.0 and ways to fix them. |

1.
When the software is
started, the following message appears:
|
||
| Reason: When the diamond modeling program is started or updated from our site you are promted with the message "Do you want to install and run "Diamond Viewer Control ?". | ||
| Fix: Press the "Yes" button to install the program. Please note that the default button on this dialog is "No". To continue, click "Yes"; do not just hit Enter. | ||
