All rooms in "ALROSA na Kazachem" hotel where Conference will be held are already reserved by participants who pre-registrated earlier so we recommend you to make your reservations in Baltschug and Orlyonok hotels. Please, choose one of the mentioned hotels and send your reservation request to the Conference Organizing Committee to get some discounts for hotel rates.

In order to obtain Russian visa you need to make reservation in one of hotels mentioned above and ask them for visa support and invitation letter required to obtain Russian visa.

You can get detail information for room reservation in hotels and visa support on the hotel webpage or calling them.

All travel, accommodation and insurance expenses will be the responsibility of the individual participant.

Postal delivery expences are not included in the registration fee. If you need an original of invitation letter sent by DHL or other postal service please inform the Conference Secretariat and specify an address for delivery. We will send these invitations to this address. Please be prepared to cover delivery costs at the moment of conference check-in.
