Guidelines for Abstracts Preparation

1. All abstracts should be formatted according to the following guidelines and must be submitted to the Conference Secretariat via e-mail: conference@next.msu.ru.

2. The abstract should be written in English and no longer than 300 words.

3. Text: Times Roman font in 12pt size and 1.5 line spacing. Page: left and right page margins should be set at 2.5 cm each.

4. The document should include the following items only in this order: Abstract Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract main text and Keywords

5. The abstract title should be in lower case, bold and should be centered. Add a blank line after abstract title.

6. Authors' names should be listed with initials of first names and followed by the last names in full. Authors should be separated by commas. Center the author list.

7. Affiliations should follow on the next line without a blank line. For each affiliation, the maximum level of detail should be the name of the organization, institute or department and country. Full street addresses should not be included. Affiliations should be in italic. Superscript numbers should be used as a key to affiliate names to organizations. Numbers should appear after the authors' names and then before each affiliation. Center the affiliations. Indicate up to 6 authors only; if more than 6 use 'et al'. The presenting author's email address is optional and may be included on the next line and should be in italics and underlined. Abstracts will be printed in the abstract book as submitted. Therefore if you do not wish your email address to be distributed please do not include it in your abstract.

8. Leave a blank line before the main abstract text. Do not type "abstract" at the start of the main text. Justify paragraphs and do not indent the first line.

9. Inclusion of embedded figures is accepted. Figures should be of good quality and high resolution. Figures should be embedded in the main text file.

10. Include four keywords separated by commas.

11. Abstracts will be used as a basis for preparation of printed proceedings so we ask you to attach original figures files (*.jpg of 300 dpi is quite good) to your e-mail.
