Sample
abstracts and instructions on how to submit an
abstract (to be accompanied by an author's information)
will be on this page soon. Abstracts should be
submitted by 29 February, 2004.
Conference
Proceedings
All
materials will be refereed and those accepted
will be published in the Conference Proceedings
that will be sent to all participants by mail.
Language
The
official language of the conference and proceedings
will be English. Russian will be the second language.
